Publication Ethics
Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon publishes the Journal of Business Administration and Innovation under the principles of good governance, strict adherence to ethics, and a genuine commitment to social responsibility. The University has appointed both internal and external editorial boards with clearly defined roles and responsibilities to ensure transparency and independence in managing and developing the journal toward academic excellence and high quality.
The journal serves as a collaborative platform connecting three main parties:

under the quality assessment framework of the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI).
To ensure that the journal meets international standards, the University has established ethical guidelines, roles, and responsibilities for authors, editors, the editorial board, and peer reviewers as follows:
Ethics, Roles, and Responsibilities of Authors

Articles submitted to the Journal of Business Administration and Innovation, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, must not be concurrently submitted to any other journal. Resubmission elsewhere is permitted only after the article has been officially rejected and the author has received written confirmation from this journal.

Authors must not engage in plagiarism or self-plagiarism. Any use of other authors’ work or ideas must be properly cited both in-text and in the reference list according to academic standards.

Authors must present research results, analyses, and calculations honestly and accurately without fabrication, falsification, or data misrepresentation. No false evidence should be created to support their findings.

The Journal of Business Administration and Innovation does not allow the inclusion of individuals who have not contributed to the research or manuscript preparation as co-authors. All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to and share responsibility for the content of the article.
Ethics, Roles, and Responsibilities of Editors and the Editorial Board

The editors and editorial board are responsible for the initial screening of manuscripts before entering the review process. This includes evaluating the article’s relevance to the journal’s scope, compliance with formatting requirements, content quality, plagiarism screening, selection of qualified reviewers, and overall assessment of the manuscript.

The editorial team must perform evaluations with integrity and fairness, without bias or prejudice toward authors or their institutions.

The editors must assign manuscripts only to reviewers with appropriate expertise in the relevant field. Reviewers must not belong to the same institution as the authors, and reviewers for the same article must also come from different institutions to prevent conflicts of interest.

The editors and reviewers must maintain confidentiality regarding the identities of both authors and reviewers. The journal employs a double-blind peer review system, ensuring that neither party knows the other’s identity to avoid potential conflicts.

Editors and editorial board members are prohibited from publishing their own articles in the Journal of Business Administration and Innovation under any circumstances.

Editors must avoid any improper or unethical conflicts of interest with authors or reviewers and must not accept any form of benefit or remuneration in relation to the review process.

Editors are responsible for overseeing the journal’s operations with honesty and impartiality, avoiding favoritism or actions that violate ethical or governance principles.

The editorial board must cooperate to ensure that the journal adheres to quality standards as established by the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI).
Ethics, Roles, and Responsibilities of Peer Reviewers

Reviewers are responsible for evaluating manuscripts assigned by the editors according to the journal’s review criteria, providing constructive and academically grounded comments and suggestions to improve the article.

Reviewers must complete the review within the timeframe specified by the editors to support timely communication with the authors.

If the content of a manuscript does not align with a reviewer’s area of expertise, the reviewer must promptly notify the editors and decline the review assignment.

Reviewers must perform evaluations ethically, objectively, and without personal bias, basing their judgments on academic principles and reliable evidence rather than personal opinion.

Reviewers must maintain strict confidentiality and must not disclose or discuss the manuscript’s content with any third party during the review process.
