Abstract

This research examines the impact of transformational leadership of supervisors and employee motivation on work performance through a case study of an aerospace parts manufacturing company in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province.This study analyzes the impact of transformational leadership and employee motivation on work performance indicators. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing stepwise multiple regression for data analysis. The researchers analyzed a sample of 237 employees selecting them through stratified sampling to ensure proportionate distribution across departments. The researchers collected data using a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that transformational leadership of supervisors, as measured by four indicators—inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, and idealized influence—positively influences work performance, particularly on the quality indicator. Similarly, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, and idealized influence positively impact work performance in terms of quantity, cost, and time. Furthermore, employee motivation, as measured by achievement, advancement, and work itself, also positively influences work performance across all dimensions (quality, quantity, cost, and time).
