Transnational Ethnic Networks and Academic across the Borders (in Thai)

Abstract

This article is excerpted and edited from the research report on the body of knowledge about transnational ethnic relations, submitted to the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre (public organization). The content is divided into two main parts. The first part is a review of changing context that had affected the attitude towards ethnic diversity and the operation of Thai state in controlling transnational migrations of ethnic people. The second part is the remarks from reviewing the researches on the ethnic relations across Thai national borders.
