Abstract

          According to this article, the author has studied from the votive tablets that were founded by archaeological survey and excavation. The result can be classified the votive tablets into two groups. First, The Khmer Arts influenced on votive tablets, such as Phra-Sam-WiengTha-Kan and Phra-Sam-Bi-Po. Second, The Haripunjaya votive tablets influenced by Khmer Arts, such as Phra-Leing and Phra-Sib-Song. The analysis in iconography and art on votive tablets can be dated in the 12th-13th Century A.D. In additional, the votive tablets showed that the relationship between the Khelang ancient city, ancient communities in the Chiang Mai - Lamphun basin and the trinity in Mahayana Buddhism.
