Development Approach of Community Enterprise in Amphoe Suan Phueng, Ratchaburi

This paper aims to analyze the condition of community enterprise management in Suan Phueng district, Ratchaburi province and to present the community enterprise development approach. It was qualitative research. Key informants composed of the Chief of Rathcaburi Provincial Agricultural Extension Office, Chief of Suan Phueng District Agricultural Extension Office, Representative of Office of Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion, Agricultural Extensionist and Representative or leader and member. Research tools used interviews, observations, and data recordings. Analyze data by content analysis and narrative analysis.
The results showed that the management of community enterprises had many problems such as planning aspect because of without a clear production plan and a clear division of responsibilities. In the organization, there is a lack of mutual learning and lack of common beliefs and values. In coordination aspect found that there was a lack of coordination with government agencies and the private sector. For budgeting aspect found that there was a problem in allocating funds for the construction of greenhouses and the report aspect found that there was no detailed report on the activities and no systematic and clear.
Community Enterprise Development Approach in Suan Phueng district Ratchaburi province found that the five aspects should be developed. Planning aspect was the most important aspect and should do priority for planning management and positioning and clear production planning.
