บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอำเภอสวนผึ้ง จังหวัดราชบุรีและนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่เหมาะสมเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ตัวแทนเจ้าหน้าที่เกษตรจังหวัด เกษตรอำเภอ ตัวแทนจากสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม นักวิชาการและผู้แทนหรือผู้นำวิสาหกิจชุมชนและสมาชิกวิสาหกิจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกตและแบบบันทึกข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสาระและการวิเคราะห์เชิงบรรยาย
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพการบริหารจัดการของวิสาหกิจชุมชน มีปัญหาด้านการวางแผน โดยไม่มีการกำหนดแผนการผลิตและการแบ่งหน้าที่ในการทำงานที่ชัดเจน ด้านองค์การ พบว่า ขาดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ขาดความเชื่อและค่านิยมร่วมกัน ด้านการประสานงาน พบว่า ขาดการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐบาลและหน่วยงานภาคเอกชน ด้านงบประมาณ พบว่า มีปัญหาด้านการจัดสรรเงินทุนในการก่อสร้างโรงเรือน และด้านการรายงาน พบว่า ยังไม่มีการทำรายงานสรุปรายละเอียดการดำเนินกิจกรรมของวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่เป็นระบบและชัดเจน
แนวทางการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนในพื้นที่อำเภอสวนผึ้ง จังหวัดราชบุรี พบว่า ควรทำการพัฒนาทั้ง 5 ด้าน โดยด้านการวางแผนเป็นด้านที่สำคัญที่สุดในเรื่องการวางแผนการจัดการตำแหน่งและหน้าที่ การวางแผนการผลิตที่ชัดเจน
