Abstract
Rice is the main food that nourishes Vietnamese life. Rice relates to Vietnamese people from birth to death. Rice is necessary for Vietnamese people in every
meal. Vietnamese people mainly eat normal rice. However, sticky rice is called “TheDiamond of the Sky”, which has a sacred role in the religious rituals and traditions of the Vietnamese people. The folk wisdom of the rice processing of the Vietnamese people has been inherited through families, lineage, or people in the area for many generations. From paddy to rice, Vietnamese people receive beautiful nutritional processing and have a good market price.
