THE APPLICATION OF APARIHANIYADHAMMA 7 FOR WORK: NONGNAKHAM DISTIRICT KHON KAEN PROVINCE

This research has aims to study : 1) the application of Aparihaniyadhamma to administrated in Kood Tart Sub-district Administration, Nongnakham district, Khon Kaen province, and 2) the suggestion to promote the application of Aparihaniyadhamma to administrate Kuthart Sub-district Adminis tration, Nongnakham district, Khon Kaen province. The researcher collected the data from 67 sampling respondents by questionnaires, and analyzed the data by percentage, mean, and standard deviation statistics. The result was as follows: 1) The respondents, 65.67 percent, were female, and 34.33 percent of the respondents were male. Most of the respondents, 37.31 percent, were age between 31-40 years old, 31.34 percent were age between 21-30 years old, 28.36 percent were age between 41-50 years old, and 2.99 percent of the respondents were age under 21 years old. Lot of the respondents, 70.15 percent, were graduated bachelor’s degree, 25.37 percent were graduated lower than bachelor’s degree, 1.49 percent were graduated master degree and doctoral degree. The respondents, 53.73 percent, were labors, 43.28 percent were civil servants, and 2.99 percent were permanent company officers. 2) The overall opinion of officers’ in the application of Aparihaniyadhamma to administrate Kuthart Sub-district Administration, Nongnakham district, Khon Kaen province was at highest mean level: to hold regular and frequent meetings; to meet together in harmony, dispersein harmony, and do their business and duties in harmony; to introduce no revolutionary ordinance; to honor and respect the elders among the vijjians and deem them worthy of listening to; the women and girls of the families are to dwell without being forced or abducted; to honor and worship the Vajjian shrines; monuments and objects of worship, both central and provincial, and do not neglect those righteous ceremonies held before for them; and to provide the rightful protection, shelter and support for the Arahants.Downloads
