Abstract

        This thematic paper is  the survey research that objective 1) Were to study levels of academic administration, 2) To compare the levels of academic administration according to variables as sex and occupation, and 3) To investigates suggestions to develop the academic administration at Pornchaiwitchalai school , Huayphung district , Kalasin , The office of the private education commission. The 246 samples were corrected from student parents in academic year 1/2561, as well as conducting focus group discussion to investigates suggestions from 28 student parents in the academic year 1/2561. The research instruments were questionnaire with obtaining the internal validity (IOC) at 1.00 and total reliability at 0.88. The statistics consisted of frequency, mean , standard deviation, t-test, f-test (One -way  ANOVA) and contents analysis.
        The finding of this research were founds as follows :
        1.The level of academic administration at Pornchaiwitchalai  School were at the high level in overall picture and partial picture, Ranking its in descending orders were as follows : The developed and implemented on the comments development of local curriculum , The  development of the learning process , The promotion strength is academic , and the process of teaching and learning in the order.
        2.The comparisons of parents’ opinions toward the academic administration were revealed that factors sex and occupation were not significant different in the overall and partial picture. When analyzing individual; aspects, the factor of occupation were significant differences at the 0.05 levels The developed and implemented on the comments development of local curriculum , The  development of the learning process.                
        3.Suggestion of the student parents were as follows: It should focus on organizing teaching activities in the content students will use it in their daily lives. And there should be more local or local history course. It is packed into social studies religion and culture for a variety of culture reservation in the community. It should focus on teaching and learning to all people and all group to develop student diversity should not focus too much on tutoring and should a tutor. Teaching is all subjects should focus on the practical application in everyday life. It should provide a community of learning between teachers / parents and the community the classroom is to follow the progress of learning of children.
