Abstract

        This research  The objectives are 1) to study the trend of future leaders of school administrators under the Office of Basic Education Commission.  This research  Is a quantitative research  And qualitative. Conducting 3 steps of research: Step 1) Study relevant documents and research, analyze content  The researcher used the data to analyze the summary content and synthesis. Step 2) Study the opinions of experts.  Regarding the leadership trend of the school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. Step 3 The 3rd Qualified Questionnaire is a 5-level Rating Scale based on the second questionnaire, with the median specified.  Median, Mode and Quartile range.  (Interquartile Range) of the answer in the second round for the expert to confirm.  Or change one's opinion  By having the experts give reasons to change the answer
        The results of the research showed that  The future leadership trend of school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission consists of 7 aspects, consisting of 136 characteristics as follows: 1) Leadership in knowledge goals, amount 26, 2) Leadership in teamwork skills, 31 items 3) Status  Leadership in analyzing the results regarding the future leadership trend of the school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission.  The administrators  Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission  By using EDFR from 17 experts, it was found that the future leadership trend of school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, school administrators' leadership  Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission  Using the EFR technique, there are 7 trends of future leaders of school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, namely leadership, goal, knowledge of 26 items, leadership in teamwork skills of 31 items.  Leaders with attitudes, 16 common visions, moral leadership, ethics in motivation, consisting of 13 items. Leadership with communication skills, technological innovation.  The technology and the personality of the 13 leaders of change in the administration of 14 items Leadership Motivational 23 items including likely future leadership of school administrators under the Office of Basic Education for all 136 questions.
