Abstract
The objective of this article is to study the components factors and indicators. The results ofconceptual framework of school administrator leadership skill for 21st century development results revealed that leadership skills that could meet the competition and modernity are required to be appropriate with the global change. Those factors are consisted of 1) Communication skills with three indicators which are Media Literacy, Technologies, and Presentation. 2) Creativity skills with four indicators which are Originality, Challenge, Flexibility, andImagination. 3) Visionary skills with three indicators included of Formulating, Communicating, and Inspirational. Last but not least, 4) Collaboration skills with three indicators contain Participation,Trust, and Conflict Resolution.
