Abstract

        The purposes of this research were 1) to study the operational competency of Khon Kaen Teacher Saving Cooperative Limited currently operated 2) to find ways to increase the operational competency of Khon Kaen Teacher Savings Cooperative Limited, this research is a research Quantitative The sample consisted of 15 Khon Kaen Teachers 'Cooperative Savings Committee and 66 Khon Kaen Teachers' Cooperative Cooperative Limited, totaling 81 persons, The research instruments were questionnaire and data analysis using frequency, percentage and descriptive content analysis..
        The results of the research found that the operational competencies of Khon Kaen Teacher Saving Cooperatives Limited were at a high level with management. The highest level was followed by the confidence of the members and the administrative structure. The competency of staff / employees At a high level Sufficiency And rules and regulations for compliance Will see that the management Which is the heart of the cooperative work In particular, managers of savings cooperatives are creative in cooperative management.
