The Knowledge Management on Approaches For Effective On-line Teaching by The National Standards For Quality On-line Teaching Third Edition 2019 (NSQ) Through ABCD Model Learning Management Process

Abstract

          This research is a qualitative .The objectives of this study were to (1) to study the National Standards for Quality OnlineTeaching Third Edition 2019 (NSQ) online teaching standard framework Through the learning management process in the ABCD Model, the research population were lecturers Valayalongkorn Rajabhat University. The ABCD Model learning management process consisted of 30 people. The tool for this research was Community of practice (CoP) through brainstorming. (Brainstorming)
         The results showed that
          1. Online teaching standard framework (NSQ) found that there are 8 standards: Standard A: Professional Responsibilities Standard , B: Digital Pedagogy Standard , C: Community Building , Standard D: Learner Engagement , Standard E: Digital Citizenship , Standard F: Diverse Instruction. , Standard G: Assessment and Measurement , Standard H: Instructional Design
          2. Results of knowledge analysis and synthesis There are 5 guidelines for teaching and learning management, consisting of 1.Instructor aspect 2. Student aspect 3. In terms of organizing the learning environment 4.Tools Teaching materials and equipment and 5. Problems and obstacles and solutions
