Public park service quality of Phitsanulok Municipality Muang District Phitsanulok Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to study the 1) to study the level of the public park service quality, 2) to compare the personal factors affecting the public park service quality and 3) to study the suggestion and guidelines for promoting the public park service quality . This research applied the Quantitative Research with the Survey Research. The sample was 398 people from the calculation formula of Taro Yamane. The research instrument was the questionnaire. The statistics used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test with One Way ANOVA.
          Results of the Research 1) Overall, the level of the public park service quality of Phitsanulok Municipality, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province was at the high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the improvement and development was at the highest level. Then, it was the security, the physical characteristics, the standard and the treatment. 2) the people having the different ages, degrees of education and duration in living had the different opinion to the public park service quality of Phitsanulok Municipality, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province at 0.05 and 0.01 of statistical significance. However, the people having the different genders, occupations and income had no the different opinion to the public park service quality of Phitsanulok Municipality, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province. 3) provide the place for the first aid, and coordinate in the emergency medicine, increase the big trees for the shady park, repair the notice boards and arrange the car parking, increase the exercise equipment adequate and ready to use, adjust the cleanness of the toilets and provide the staff for cleaning, and listen to the suggestions, the complaints and the demand of users.
