Decision Support System to Tracking and Assessment for Developing the Working Competency of Non-academic Personnel of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University

Abstract

          This research aimed to 1) design and develop to decision support system to analysis and planning for developing the working competency of non-academic personnel 2) to assessment the working process result from using of system by non-academic personnel 3) evaluate the satisfaction in system by non-academic personnel. The purposive sampling member of 100 for non-academic personnel, this the research instrument using of the system decision support system to analysis and planning for non-academic personnel and satisfaction questionnaire. Thestatically is mean, percentage and standard deviation.
          The result showed that the system supported four components including of 1.1 the manage of user, 1.2 E-portfolio system1.3 E-doc system and 1.4 decision support system to analysis and planning system. Which the system can divide to department and workgroup on arrange process KPI and competency. Moreover, the system can prediction data as competency devided position between 2561-2564 of year and to evaluate the satisfaction from non-academic personnel in Nakhonratchasima Rajabhat university of heighest level. Therefore, the process occurs efficiency of the highest in organization.
