Abstract

          The results of the study found that Savings and average savings have declined after the Covid-19 situation, with most savings in the form of fixed deposits. There are also ways to save money that are pre-planned savings based on income. Most of the objectives are Savings for emergencies or urgent event As for the debt-bearing behavior that was found after the Covid-19 virus epidemic, and caused the amount of debt that must be paid per month after the Covid-19 situation, accordingly From asking about trends in the Covid-19 epidemic situation, about savings and debt in the future Most of them have the following opinions: 1. Savings do not increase because most of them argue that income is less. There is an increase in cost from higher product prices due to the economic downturn. resulting in insufficient income to save more money 2. Incurring debt by reason of not wanting to increase the debt burden because the original repayment has not yet expired In addition, consumer products more expensive for the study to know the difference Of the amount of savings and debt burden before and after the Covid-19 situation, it was found that the amount of savings accumulated after the Covid-19 situation decreased. The amount of debt accumulated after the Covid-19 situation has decreased and the amount of debt that must be paid per month after the Covid-19 situation has decreased. However, the average monthly savings amount no difference
          For the study of factors related to saving and debt indebted behavior of working age, it was found that: 1.) Factors of single status and expenditure. 10,001-30,000 baht per month is related to the change of savings before and after the Covid-19 situation, resulting in a decrease in the amount of savings after the Covid-19 situation. 2.) Income factor 10,001-30,000 baht per month, correlated with the change in the accumulated debt burden before and after the Covid-19 situation, resulting in the reduction of the accumulated debt after the Covid-19 situation. 3.) Age factor, not over 30 years old, bachelor's degree level and the number of family dependents/obligations found that most of them had no obligations. It is related to the change in monthly debt payment before and after the Covid-19 situation, resulting in a decrease in monthly debt payment after the Covid-19 situation. According to a study comparing average reasons for saving and debt, it was found that after the Covid-19 epidemic situation, people of working age have reduced savings. has increased indebtedness and most of them are under 30 years of age, single status, occupation as private employees/company employees Therefore, government agencies And the private sector should focus on saving money in technicians of this age. or has released a product related to the savings of the occupation group that is a private employee/company employee with a fixed income
