Administration Development of Schools Under Rayong Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

          This research has objectives to 1) Study the level of administration of schools under Rayong Education Service Area Office 1 2) Study the components of administration of schools under Rayong Education Service Area Office 1 and 3) Study the administration development of schools under Rayong Education Service Area Office 1. The research was quantitative. The population was 149 school administrators and 2,124 teachers and academics, the sample of 435 participants composed of 108 directors and deputy directors, and 327 teachers and academics selected by Purposive Sampling using Krejcie & Morgan table. Tool for data collection was questionnaire, statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Multiple Linear Regression.
         The result showed
         1) The analysis for the level of administration of schools under Rayong Education Service Area Office 1 revealed the levels of administration of schools under Rayong Education Service Area Office 1 in every aspects were at (=4.52, SD=0.6527) 2) The analysis for the components of administration of schools under Rayong Education Service Area Office 1 revealed academic management (=4.79, SD=0.4258), human resource management (=4.62, SD=0.7449), budget management (=4.71, SD=0.6112), general administration (=3.93, SD=0.8287) 3) The analysis for the administration development of schools under Rayong Education Service Area Office 1 showed 1) Action plan 2) Operation 3) Monitoring and Evaluation 4) Improvement at the level of significance 0.01
