The Development an Adaptive Learning Management Strategy in Crisis Situations to Reduce the Loss of Knowledge and Skills of Students in Bangchoad Anusorn School Under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to develop an adaptive learning management strategy in critical situations to reduce the loss of knowledge and skills among students in Bang Chaad Anusorn School. Bangchuad Anusorn School Pathum Thani Primary Education Area District Office 1, Academic year 2019 - 2021, a total of 211 students per year were obtained by using the Krejcie & Morgan sample group assignment table (1970). The instrument used for data collection was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire, an item survey. structured interview Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation. and analyze the content
           The results of the study found that
           1. Adaptive Learning Management Strategies in Crisis Situations to reduce the loss of knowledge and skills of students in Bangchoad Anusorn School Under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1, it developed according to the Action Research (PAOR) process, namely, Step 1: Planning has 6 steps as follows: 1) Preparation for Strategic Planning 2) Environmental Analysis Stage. 3) School Status Assessment Stage 4) School Orientation Stage 5) School Strategic Stage 6) Review, Review and Improvement of Strategic Plan Step 2 Action Step 3: Observation (Observation) and Step 4, Reflection, found that it consisted of 6 strategies (CBSRUM), namely Strategy 1, Concise Course, Strategy 2, Blended Learning, Strategy 3, Enhance skills. Skill enhancement Strategy 4: Repeating the knowledge, Strategy 5: Develop teachers to adapt themselves to be communicators and up-skill development, and Strategy 6: Build a health care system. Mental health care, with a total of 29 strategy-driven programs, all of which are appropriate. be consistent possible and is useful

When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest level of success The averages were arranged in descending order as follows: Action, Planning, and Reflection respectively. (Observation) 2.2 Productivity resulting from the implementation of the adaptive learning  management strategyin a crisis To reduce the loss of knowledge and skills of students in Bangchoad Anusorn School Under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, it was found that the academic achievement, desirable characteristics and 21st century key skills of students in academic year 2019, academic year 2020 and academic year 2021 were of excellent quality. 2.3 The results of the satisfaction assessment of teachers and personnel, students, parents andBoard of Basic Educational Institutions towards the Performance of the Learning Management Strategic Plan Critical situation adaptation model to reduce the loss of knowledge and skills of students in Bangchoad Anusorn School Under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, it was found that overall in all aspects have the highest level of satisfaction When considering each aspect, it was found that teachers and personnel, students, parents, and basic education committees Satisfaction at the highest level in all aspects The averages were sorted from highest to lowest as follows: the quality of learners. in the process of teaching and learning that focuses on learners and administrative and management processes, respectively.
