Abstract

          The objective of this journal was tostudy the promotion and development of the local public services to thelife quality of the people. It was found that the public service was the activities thatoccurred with the human society. Grouping the people made some tasks. The process and method of the promotion and development of the local public services to the life quality of the people was the success in providing the public services that occurred from the collaboration of the public and private sector, and the people. It made the local administrative organizations providing the public services successful. Itcould separate the process and method of the promotion and development of the local public services: creating the types of service. The local had the capability in creating the new public services to respond to the demand changeable in the local that occurred from the decision of the local and the related organizations. Some public services depended on the change of the method in the public service management for the maximum benefit and responded to the demand of the people and the local.
