Parents’ Expectation and Satisfaction toward Application of the ICT System for Educational Management of Bang La Mung School under the Chonburi-Rayong Secondary Educational Services Office, Chonburi Province

Abstract
The objectives of the current study were to (1) investigate levels of parents' expectation of the application of the ICT system for educational management of Bang La Mung School under the Chonburi-Rayong Secondary Educational Services Office, (2) investigate levels of parents' satisfaction toward the application of the ICT system for educational management of Bang La Mung School under the Chonburi-Rayong Secondary Educational Services Office, and (3) to compare the parents' levels of expectation and satisfaction toward the application of the ICT system for educational management of Bang La Mung School under the Chonburi-Rayong Secondary Educational Services Office.
A sample group consisted of 340 parents of the students in Bang La Mung School under the Chonburi-Rayong Secondary Educational Services Office. Data were collected by
a questionnaire and analyzed utilizing frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test.
The findings revealed that (1) the overall expectation of the parents regarding the application of the ICT system for educational management of Bang La Mung School under the Chonburi-Rayong Secondary Educational Services Office was high. When inspecting individual aspects, the highest average aspect was the ICT for academic administration, followed by the management, while the lowest was for the students' related information. 2) The overall satisfaction of the parents toward applying the ICT system for educational management of Bang La Mung School under the Chonburi-Rayong Secondary Educational Services Office was high. When inspecting individual aspects, the highest average aspect was the academic administration, followed by the school's general information, while the lowest was the ICT for the report. 3) The difference between the parents' expectations and satisfaction toward applying the ICT system for educational management of Bang La Mung School under the Chonburi-Rayong Secondary Educational Services Office was found, significantly at .05 level.
