Abstract

          The teaching goal of music majors in Chinese colleges and universities should be firstly to cultivate good musical talents in comprehensive aspects, secondly, to cultivate musicians into teachers with good music cultivation and high music teaching ability in primary and middle schools, and create conditions for basic music education in the future, providing excellent teachers as reserve energy. This article aims to explore and sort out the literature related to the employment of music majors. First, it mainly introduces the background of economic and social development and system reform of the employment of college graduates to deeply understand the historical background of the employment of college graduates. Secondly, it mainly explains the related concepts and formal connotations of employment. At last, the relevant study of the employment of college graduates has a clear understanding of the current situation of employment of college graduates.
