Collaborative Policy in the Opinion of Public Sector to Area-based Management at Koh Yor Sub-District, Mueang Songkhla District, Songkhla

Abstract

          Nowadays, The people of Koh Yor sub-district have come to play more roles in cooperation in promoting tourism and they are important in driving the development of  Koh Yor sub-district, Mueang Songkhla District, Songkhla. The objectives of this research were 1) To study the level of policy cooperation according to the attitudes of the people's sector regarding the management of Koh Yor sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla Province. 2)To study the management level of Koh Yor sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla province 3) To analyze the policy cooperation based on the people's sector's attitude towards management of the area of ​​Koh Yor sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla Province. This research was a quantitative research. The sample group used in this research was 368 people in Koh Yor sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla Province. Researcher used the questionnaire as a tool. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and simple regression analysis. The results of the research found that 1) The level of policy cooperation according to the attitudes of the people's sector in Koh Yor sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla Province, was at a high level. 2) The area-based management level of Koh Yor sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla Province was at a high level 3) The results of the analysis of Collaborative Policy according to the attitudes of the people's sector towards area-based management at Koh Yor sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla Province found that collaborative policy according to the attitudes of the people’s sector had effect on the area-based management of Koh Yor sub-district, Mueang District, Songkhla Province statistically significant at the .001 level. Researcher provided suggestion that Koh Yor sub-district administrative organization should further push the cooperation of the people in the area to increase in terms of the role of joint tourism promotion policies for the area-based management at Koh Yor sub-district.
