The Development Analytical Thinking Skill of 10th Grade Students by Using Experience Books

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to create an experience-enhancing book on Politics and Governance. Matthayomsuksa 4 level had the efficiency according to the specified criteria of 80/80 and to develop analytical thinking skills of Matthayomsuksa 4 students by using supplementary books. The sample group were students in Matthayom Suksa 4/5, semester 2, academic year 2022, Matthayom Ban Bangkapi School. Bangkok, 1 classroom, 21 students, obtained by simple random sampling. The problems in this case were found that they still lacked analytical thinking skills. The tool of this research is the learning management plan. A test to measure analytical thinking skills Experience books. So that the statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and E₁/E_2.       
         The following were the results:
          1. Learning management for social studies on Politics and Governance for students in Matthayomsuksa 4, using books to enhance the experience. The content is divided into 6 learning management plans, total 12 hours. At a high level ( = 5.00 , S.D. = 0.00)
             2. The results of the trial and evaluation of activities to promote critical thinking skills for students in Mathayomsuksa 4 before learning had an average of 50.48 and after learning had an average of 78.10 When comparing between before and after learning, it was found that the test scores after the activities were higher than before the activities at the statistically significant level of .01
