Main Article Content
Abstract
In today's rapidly diversifying world in terms of race, culture, gender, age, and abilities, developing inclusive leadership models has become crucial for organizational success. This research aims to study and develop an inclusive leadership model suitable for the current diverse context. Using literature review and in-depth interviews with successful organizational leaders, the study reveals that effective inclusive leaders must possess key characteristics such as open-mindedness, ability to build trust, and cross-cultural communication skills. Furthermore, creating an organizational culture that promotes diversity and inclusion is identified as a critical success factor. The developed model can be applied to leadership development and organizational efficiency improvement in the age of diversity, leading to enhanced innovation, increased employee satisfaction, and long-term competitive advantage for organizations.
