Intellectual Property Management conceptual of Traditional China Animation entertainment

Abstract
China has thousands of years of splendid and long-standing traditional culture, in the current environment of economic globalization, Western ideological trends in the flood of information with various carriers into China, and by a large number of young people, traditional culture in the new generation of inheritance has become more and more passive, and even labeled as backward. How to explore the new positioning of traditional Chinese animation intellectual property rights, optimize and upgrade them, and manage them, so that traditional culture can be widely inherited, is of far-reaching and significant significance. This paper takes the traditional Chinese animation intellectual property rights as a research case to construct the exploration and analysis of the traditional Chinese animation entertainment intellectual property management concept, provides ideas for the development of China's animation intellectual property industry, gives new connotations to the traditional cultural image, innovates the content and stories of intellectual property rights, deeply explores the classics of national traditional culture, takes into account the artistry and commerciality, and creates the sustainable development of high-quality national traditional animation intellectual property.
