บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญ และเป็นตัวแปรที่จะนำไปสู่ความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพ และมีประสิทธิภาพต่อผลลัพธ์การบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ดังนั้น คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ตอบสนองต่อการแข่งขัน และ ทันสมัย เหมาะสมกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกมีองค์ประกอบหลัก ดังนี้ 1). การเป็นผู้นำที่พึงประสงค์ 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2). การมีวิสัยทัศน์ 3ตัวบ่งชี้ 3). มนุษยสัมพันธ์ 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 4). ความสัมพันธ์กับงาน 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ 5). ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม 5 ตัวบ่งชี้
