แบบจำลองสมรรถนะสำหรับผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาแบบจำลองและสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เสนอและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของแบบจำลองและสมรรถนะสำหรับผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีทั้งการวิจัยในเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยในเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร และหัวหน้าคณะวิชาของวิทยาลัยวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 75 แห่ง สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่ายมาศึกษา จำนวน 60 แห่ง ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะสำหรับผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มีทั้งหมด 6 องค์ประกอบ 26 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ สมรรถนะส่วนบุคคล มี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ สมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพ มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ สมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการ มี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ สมรรถนะการบังคับบัญชาและสั่งการ มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ สมรรถนะภาวะผู้นำ มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ และสมรรถนะการวิเคราะห์และตัดสินใจ มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ แบบจำลองสมรรถนะสำหรับผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานี้ มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องได้แก่ค่า ค่าไคสแควร์สัมพัทธ์ เท่ากับ 1.91 ที่องศาอิสระ 155 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้อง เท่ากับ 0.95 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องทีปรับค่าแล้วเท่ากับ 0.91 ค่าดัชนี Tucker-Lewis เท่ากับ 0.98 และค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์เท่ากับ 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด สำหรับค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบหลักมีค่าอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก คืออยู่ระหว่าง 0.91 – 0.97 ซึ่งมีค่าสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 0.70
