Political Network of Lampang Provincial Administration Organization (PAO): Preliminary Survey

Abstract
This article focus on the analysis of local politics concerning the Lampang Provincial Administration Organization (PAO) by using election results databases for 2008 and 2012. We want to analyze candidate selection and political networks. However, this article presents only the results of a preliminary survey. It was found that the Ban Suan Faction and the Doi Ngen Faction, both of which have wide political networks in Lampang, had roles in selecting candidates for PAO representatives in the province’s 13 districts and for the post of PAO head.
