พฤติกรรมสารสนเทศของเครือข่ายปราชญ์ชาวบ้านด้านข้าว

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศของเครือข่ายปราชญ์ ชาวบ้านด้านข้าว โดยแบ่งประเด็นศึกษาออกเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ความต้องการสารสนเทศ (2) การแสวงหา สารสนเทศ และ (3) การใช้สารสนเทศ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากเครือข่ายปราชญ์ ชาวบ้านด้านข้าว 11 ราย เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง การเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลส าคัญใช้วิธีการ เลือกแบบเจาะจง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลส าคัญ ต้องการสารสนเทศเกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการเพาะปลูกข้าวอินทรีย์ และการฝึกอบรมจากทางราชการมากที่สุด (2) การแสวงหาสารสนเทศส่วนใหญ่เลือกจากแหล่งบุคคล คือ ตัวปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน โดยมาฝึกฝนด้วยตนเองที่ศูนย์ เรียนรู้ชุมชนชาวนาจากนั้นจึงขอร่วมเป็นเครือข่ายสมาชิกและใช้โทรศัพท์หรือแอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์เพื่อสอบถาม ข้อมูลที่ต้องการโดยตรง (3) การใช้สารสนเทศ สอดคล้องกับการท างานตามบทบาทหน้าที่และภาระงานของ ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการประกอบอาชีพท านา ด้านการเป็นวิทยากรผู้รู้ และด้านการเป็นผู้น าทาง จิตวิญญาณให้กับชุมชน
