บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อการสร้างและพัฒนาแบบวัดพฤติกรรมการกินผิดปกติของผู้หญิงไทย ที่มีคุณภาพเที่ยงตรงและเชื่อมั่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้หญิงไทย ช่วงอายุ 18-40 ปี จำนวน 1,000 คน แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่มคือ 1) กลุ่มวัยรุ่นตอนปลายคือ นักศึกษาผู้หญิง ช่วงอายุ 18-24 ปี ที่กำลังศึกษาระดับมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน จำนวน 500 คน และวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้น ช่วงอายุ 25-40 ปี เป็นวัยทำงาน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จำนวน 500 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการกินผิดปกติของผู้หญิงไทย มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราประเมินค่า 6 ระดับ จาก (6) ปฏิบัติมากที่สุด ถึง (1) ไม่ได้ปฏิบัติเลย จำนวน 19 ข้อ นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์รายข้อกับคะแนนรวม ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ ครอนบาค และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการกินผิดปกติของผู้หญิงไทย มีคุณภาพเชื่อถือได้ โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์รายข้อกับคะแนนรวม อยู่ระหว่าง .302-.631 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น แบบสอดคล้องภายในของแบบวัดทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.946 ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า แบบจำลองโครงสร้างการวัดองค์ประกอบพฤติกรรมการกินผิดปกติ ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ผ่านเกณฑ์ยอมรับได้ (c²=1059.88, df=149, p-value<.01, CFI=.97, NFI=.97, TLI=.97, GFI=.90 RMSEA=.078) สรุปผลการศึกษาได้ว่าแบบวัดที่สร้างและพัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพเชื่อถือได้และสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแบบวัดกับผู้หญิงไทยกลุ่มอื่นต่อไป
