ประสบการณ์การคุกคามทางเพศบนเครือข่ายสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และแนวทางป้องกัน การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพแบบผสานวิธี

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบผสานวิธี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพรรณนาประสบการณ์การคุกคามทางเพศบนเครือข่ายสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ มีผู้ร่วมวิจัยเป็นเยาวชนผู้ผ่านการมีประสบการณ์เป็นผู้คุกคามทางเพศ จำนวน 6 คน โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบอุตรวิสัย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามแนวทางของ คลาร์ค มุสทากัส ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความหมายและแก่นสาระของประสบการณ์การคุกคามทางเพศบนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์คือ ประสบการณ์ที่ผู้คุกคามรู้สึกปลอดภัยในการกระทำการคุกคามทางเพศ โดยผู้กระทำขาดความยั้งคิด ปล่อยให้อารมณ์มาก่อนเหตุผล ไม่รู้สึกสงสารหรือเห็นใจเหยื่อ ไม่คิดถึงผลกระทบที่ตามมา เปลี่ยนคนรู้จักมาเป็นเหยื่อโดยรู้ข้อมูลและตัวตนของเหยื่อ เลือกเหยื่อที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องทางอารมณ์ในทางบวกหรือทางลบ ซึ่งมีตั้งแต่ชอบ ถูกใจ สนิทสนม รวมไปถึงขัดใจหรือโกรธ ผู้คุกคามยึดตนเองเป็นศูนย์กลาง โดยการคุกคามทำไปเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการเชิงอัตตาของผู้คุกคาม ทำให้ผู้คุกคามไม่รู้สึกผิดในขณะที่กระทำ จากนั้นนำผลการวิจัยไปสร้างแนวทางการป้องกันการคุกคามทางเพศบนเครือข่ายสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการคุกคามทางเพศบนเครือข่ายสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ จำนวน 7 คน ผลที่พบดังกล่าวนำไปสู่การเสนอแนวทางการป้องกันการคุกคามทางเพศ 4 ประการ ประชาสัมพันธ์แผนประทุษกรรม, การบังคับใช้กฎหมาย, สร้างการรับรู้ถึงโอกาสถูกดำเนินคดี, ปลูกฝังความคิดเชิงคุณธรรมจริยธรรม
