บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปรับตัวและเงื่อนไขของวัยรุ่นตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อมที่สามารถปรับตัวได้ในภาวะวิกฤต มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือมารดาวัยรุ่นที่เคยมีประสบการณ์การตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อม ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในภาวะที่ต้องการมีบุตร ทำให้ประสบภาวะวิกฤติในการตั้งครรภ์ แต่สามารถปรับตัวจนสามารถผ่านเหตุการณ์ครั้งนั้นมาได้ จำนวน 5 คน เก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามแนวทางของไมล์และฮูเบอร์แมน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปรับตัวทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านร่างกาย ได้แก่ การรับประทานอาหารที่เหมาะสม การนอนหลับพักผ่อนที่เพียงพอ การบริหารร่างกายที่ถูกต้อง การสังเกตภาวะแทรกซ้อน และการฝากครรภ์ตามนัด 2) ด้านอัตมโนทัศน์ ได้แก่ การมองเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง เกิดความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง และการมองโลกในแง่ดี 3) ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ ได้แก่ ความรักความผูกพันที่มีต่อบุตร ความรับผิดชอบในการเลี้ยงดูบุตร การหาข้อมูลการเป็นแม่มือใหม่ และ 4) ด้านการพึ่งพาอาศัย ได้แก่ การช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน และการให้กำลังใจกัน ส่วนการทำความเข้าใจเงื่อนไขในการปรับตัวกับภาวะวิกฤตของวัยรุ่นตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อม คือ มีการยอมรับความจริงกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น แล้วพร้อมกล้าที่จะเผชิญปัญหา และการได้รับกำลังใจจากคนรอบข้าง ซึ่งผลที่พบดังกล่าวสามารถนำไปเสนอเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างแนวปฏิบัติในการแก้ไขปัญหาการปรับตัวให้กับวัยรุ่นที่ตั้งครรภ์ไม่พร้อม ให้มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปรับตัวในการดูแลตนเองและบุตรให้ครบทั้ง 4 ด้าน
