แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการปลูกปัญญาจากผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมทางพฤติกรรมศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์สู่การใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อสังคม

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการปลูกปัญญาจากผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมทางพฤติกรรมศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์สู่การใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อสังคม ด้วยกระบวนการถอดบทเรียน จากการศึกษาเฉพาะกรณีของทีมนักวิจัยสาขาพฤติกรรมศาสตร์และสาขาสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ที่มีผลงานเด่นและทำวิจัยต่อเนื่อง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มนักวิจัยที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำวิจัยที่ก่อประโยชน์ต่อสังคม 12 ราย และบุคลากรจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่นำผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมไปใช้ประโยชน์ 8 ราย ผลการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา พบว่า 1) แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการสร้างผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมที่มีคุณค่าและใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อสังคม คือ 1.1) แรงผลักดันที่เกิดจากการออกแบบงานวิจัยและแหล่งทุนภายนอก
1.2) กลไกสำคัญ ได้แก่ ทีมงาน และเครือข่ายในพื้นที่ 2) แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการนำผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมไปใช้ประโยชน์หรือถ่ายทอดสู่สังคม คือ 2.1) กลไกการขับเคลื่อน ได้แก่ เนื้อหา แกนนำชุมชน/กลุ่มเป้าหมาย และการสื่อสาร 2.2) การเปลี่ยนวิธีคิดหรือพฤติกรรม และ 3) พัฒนาให้เกิดความยั่งยืน คือ 3.1) ขับเคลื่อนด้วยการสร้างนโยบายเชิงปฏิบัติ 3.2) บูรณาผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมให้เข้ากับงานประจำหรือชีวิตประจำวันของผู้รับบริการ พร้อมทั้งขยายกลุ่มผู้รับบริการให้กว้างขึ้น 3.3) มีระบบการใช้งานที่ง่าย เข้าถึงได้ง่าย และ 3.4) การสร้างเครือข่ายแกนนำในชุมชน
