แนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีว่าด้วยการบูรณาการการเคลื่อนไหวและดนตรีเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารในเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างกรอบแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีที่บูรณาการการเคลื่อนไหวและดนตรีเพื่ออธิบายกลไกการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารในเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ โดยวิเคราะห์กลไกอิทธิพลที่เกิดจากการปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเคลื่อนไหวและองค์ประกอบดนตรีซึ่งกระตุ้นการทำงานของสมองส่วนหน้า และนำเสนอข้อเสนอเชิงปฏิบัติสำหรับการออกแบบโปรแกรมการแทรกแซง การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงคุณภาพร่วมกับการสังเคราะห์เชิงทฤษฎี แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ (1) การทบทวนและสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมสหวิทยาการเพื่อต่อยอดสู่กรอบแนวคิดบูรณาการ (2) การวิเคราะห์กลไกอิทธิพลโดยอาศัยหลักฐานจากงานวิจัยด้านประสาทการรู้คิดและการทดลอง และ (3) การพัฒนาต้นแบบเชิงแนวคิดของกิจกรรมและข้อเสนอเชิงปฏิบัติ ผลการวิจัยชี้ว่า แนวคิดการรู้คิดสมานกายและดนตรีบำบัดต่างมีบทบาทเสริมพลังซึ่งกันและกัน โดยการเคลื่อนไหวเป็นฐานในการจัดลำดับและควบคุมตนเอง ขณะที่ดนตรีช่วยสร้างกรอบเวลาและแรงจูงใจทางอารมณ์ กลไกสำคัญที่ค้นพบ ได้แก่ การเชื่อมโยงกับจังหวะ การควบคู่ระหว่างการเคลื่อนไหวและการรู้คิด และการควบคุมอารมณ์ผ่านดนตรี ซึ่งทั้งหมดสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการกระตุ้นสมองส่วนหน้าอย่างเป็นระบบ สรุปได้ว่า การบูรณาการการเคลื่อนไหวและดนตรีเป็นแนวทางเชิงทฤษฎีที่มีศักยภาพสูงต่อการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารในเด็กกลุ่มนี้ และข้อเสนอแนะคือควรนำแบบจำลองไปใช้ในการออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้และการบำบัดในบริบทการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ การปรับตัว และคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างยั่งยืน
