การพัฒนาที่นอนลมผ้าแพรเพื่อลดแรงกดทับ: ถอดบทเรียนด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียง

การป้องกันแผลกดทับในผู้ป่วยติดเตียงถือเป็นความท้าทายสำคัญทางการพยาบาล การพัฒนาที่นอนลมผ้าแพร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดแผลกดทับ และเพิ่มความสุขสบายให้แก่ผู้ป่วย บทความนี้ใช้กรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีการดูแลตนเองของ Orem ที่เน้นบทบาทของพยาบาลในการสนับสนุน และเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียง ร่วมกับทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ทางสังคมเชิงปัญญาของ Bandura ที่มุ่งเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวในการดูแลผู้ป่วย การออกแบบที่นอนลมผ้าแพรเน้นการปรับแรงดันตามส่วนต่าง ๆ ของร่างกาย เพื่อกระจายแรงกด และลดความเสี่ยงต่อแผลกดทับซึ่งชี้ให้เห็นว่าการบูรณาการทฤษฎีทางการพยาบาลกับแนวคิดทางพฤติกรรมศาสตร์สามารถนำไปสู่การพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่ตอบสนองทั้งด้านสุขภาพกายของผู้ป่วย และการเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมการดูแลของครอบครัว ส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเกิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน มีพฤติกรรมการดูแลที่เหมาะสม และเกิดศักยภาพในการขยายผลการใช้ที่นอนลมผ้าแพรซึ่งมีราคาถูก และเข้าถึงได้ง่าย สู่การดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงระยะยาวในชุมชน บทความนี้จึงนำเสนอแนวคิดการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการพยาบาลเชิงพฤติกรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงในชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน
