ประสิทธิผลของการใช้นวัตกรรมรถนั่งปรับยืนแบบมีล้อเคลื่อนด้วยแรงตนเองที่มีต่อความสามารถ ในการเคลื่อนไหวออกกำลังกายและพฤติกรรมการดำรงอยู่อย่างมีสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุและคนพิการ

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของรถนั่งปรับยืนแบบมีล้อเคลื่อนด้วยแรงตนเองต่อความสามารถในการออกกำลังกายและพฤติกรรมการดำรงอยู่อย่างมีสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุและคนพิการ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยใช้การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 24 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 12 คน (ใช้รถนั่งปรับยืนฯ) และกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ 12 คน (ใช้รถนั่งทั่วไป) เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามมาตรฐานด้านความสามารถในการออกกำลังกายและพฤติกรรมการดำรงอยู่อย่างมีสุขภาวะที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient) เท่ากับ .821 และ .859 ตามลำดับ และต้นแบบนวัตกรรมรถนั่งปรับยืนฯ ผ่านประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Mann-Whitney U test, Wilcoxon signed rank test และ ANOVA with repeated measure ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กลุ่มทดลอง ในระยะภายหลังการทดลอง และติดตามผล 3 สัปดาห์ มีความสามารถในการออกกำลังกายเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบก่อนการทดลอง
(p < .001) และ 2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบในระยะหลังการทดลองและติดตามผล พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความสามารถในการออกกำลังกายและพฤติกรรมการดำรงอยู่อย่างมีสุขภาวะสูงกว่า กลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) สรุปการวิจัย รถนั่งปรับยืนแบบมีล้อเคลื่อนด้วยแรงตนเองมีประสิทธิผลในการเพิ่มความสามารถในการเคลื่อนไหวออกกำลัง และพฤติกรรมการดำรงอยู่อย่างมีสุขภาวะที่ดี นวัตกรรมรถนั่งยืนฯ นี้ได้แสดงศักยภาพในฐานะเทคโนโลยีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ช่วยเสริมการเคลื่อนไหวออกกำลังและสนับสนุนการดำรงชีวิตที่มีสุขภาวะที่ดีของผู้สูงอายุและคนพิการได้จริง
