การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความจำเป็นต่อการพัฒนาหนังสือเสียงสำหรับผู้พิการทางสายตา

หนังสือเสียงเป็นสื่อที่ช่วยส่งเสริมโอกาสทางการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ของผู้พิการทางสายตา แต่ยังพบปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ เนื้อหา และเทคโนโลยีรองรับ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาหนังสือเสียงเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการดำรงชีวิตของผู้พิการทางสายตา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยกลุ่มผู้พิการทางสายตา จำนวน 1,080 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง และกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 20 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงและเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม 42 ข้อ มีค่า IOC เท่ากับ 0.84 และค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI modified) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เคยใช้หนังสือเสียง ร้อยละ 67.5 โดยปัญหาสำคัญ ได้แก่ คุณภาพเสียงไม่ชัดเจน ร้อยละ 27.2 ไม่มีเสียงบรรยายรายละเอียดสำคัญ ร้อยละ 25.8 และเนื้อหาไม่ตรงกับความต้องการ ร้อยละ 18.1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคาดหวังต่อหนังสือเสียงในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะด้านความเป็นธรรมชาติของเสียงพากย์ การใช้งานผ่านโทรศัพท์มือถือ และการส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิต ผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น พบว่า คุณสมบัติของเสียงมีความจำเป็นสูงสุด (PNI modified = 0.49) รองลงมาคือ ประเภทเนื้อหา (PNI modified = 0.43) และความต้องการใช้สื่อเสียง (PNI modified = 0.36) โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเสนอให้พัฒนาหนังสือเสียงที่มีคุณภาพเสียงชัดเจน รองรับอุปกรณ์ดิจิทัลที่หลากหลาย และตามมาตรฐาน DAISY เพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้พิการทางสายตาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
