Internal supervision is a vital process for improving the quality of teaching and learning, playing a crucial role in enhancing the capacities of teachers and staff to achieve educational goals aligned with the digital era. This article examines the challenges and strategies for developing internal supervision in Thai schools and highlights the evolving role of school administrators as instructional leaders and motivators. Key strategies include setting clear objectives, leveraging technology in supervision, fostering collaboration through Professional Learning Communities (PLC), and implementing continuous evaluation. The case studies presented demonstrate the benefits of adapting supervision processes to the specific contexts of schools. This article underscores the importance of establishing a flexible and supportive supervision system, promoting teacher development, and utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance the sustainability of educational quality improvement.
