Development of internal quality assurance model in the elementary education Nongbualamphu services area office 2

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current conditions, problems, guideline for quality assurance operations. 2) to develop a model for educational quality assurance operations of schools under the Office of Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area, office. 2. The amount is school administrators. And 170 teachers were responsible for insurance work. The quality informants were administrators, teachers, school directors and parents. The model school for educational quality assurance, consisted of 21 people. The tools used to collect quantitative data were questionnaires. The tools used to collect qualitative data were interview forms, quantitative data analysis using mean and standard deviation. Qualitative data analysis used content analysis. The research finding were as follows:
1.The lowest average of Educational quality assurance operation conditions. was the continuous improvement of educational quality ( =3.21,S=0.49).And the highest average of educational quality assurance operation problems was the preparation of the annual report that is an internal quality assessment report ( =4.64, S=0.29). The guideline for quality assurance operations, found that the plan should be implemented in the framework and goals that set up bring evaluation results to improve the quality of education and continuous monitoring.
- The model for the development of educational quality assurance operation of schools under the Office of Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area 2 had 3 components,which were 1) Principles of educational quality assurance consisting of
(1) raising awareness (2) Participation (3) Student quality examination 2) The educational quality assurance operation process consisting of (1) preparation (2) fundamental of information education (3) implementation of the plan(4)follow-up and summary (5) improvement and evaluation 3) the strategies for driving Educational quality assurance consisting of (1) Facilitation (2) Training (3) Counseling was Quality assurance operations of developed model that was suitable and feasible.
