Factors Influencing Administration Under The Principles Of Good Governance In Order To Increase Administrative Efficiency Of Pak Kret Subdistrict Municipality,Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

This research article is part of the thesis on factors influencing the administration under the principle of good governance to increase the efficiency of the administration of Pak Kret Subdistrict Municipality, Nonthaburi Province. The objectives are to determine the level of administration under the principle of good governance to increase the efficiency of the administration of Pak Kret Subdistrict Municipality, Nonthaburi Province and to study the factors influencing the administration under the principle of good governance to increase the efficiency of the administration of Pak Kret Subdistrict Municipality, Nonthaburi Province. This is quantitative research. The researcher selected a sample of 400 people. The statistics used in the research include mean, percentage, frequency, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing using regression analysis. The results of the research found that the level of administration under the principle of good governance to increase the efficiency of the administration of Pak Kret Subdistrict Municipality, Nonthaburi Province was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the principles of responsibility and morality were at the highest level, followed by the principles of transparency, value for money, participation, and the rule of law, respectively. Later, the factors influencing the administration and the administration under the principle of good governance to increase the efficiency of the administration of Pak Kret Subdistrict Municipality, Nonthaburi Province, were positively related, with a low level of relationship. And the factors that influence the administration under the principle of good governance to increase the efficiency of administration of Pak Kret Subdistrict Municipality, Nonthaburi Province are the factors that influence the administration (β=.918) with statistical significance (p<.01), the multiple correlation coefficient (R) between the independent variable set is equal to .918, the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to .842, and the explanatory coefficient (Adjusted R2) is equal to .842, with a joint efficiency of 84.2 percent with statistical significance of .01.
