แนวทางการบำบัดและฟื้นฟูผู้ต้องขังกระทำผิด ด้านพฤตินิสัย เพื่อลดการกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขัง เรือนจำจังหวัดพังงา

บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสารนิพนธ์เรื่องแนวทางการบำบัดและฟื้นฟูผู้ต้องขังกระทำผิด ด้านพฤตินิสัยเพื่อลดการกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขัง เรือนจำจังหวัดพังงา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการบำบัดและฟื้นฟูผู้ต้องขังกระทำผิดด้านพฤตินิสัยเพื่อลดการกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขังเรือนจำจังหวัดพังงา เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ผู้ผ่านกระบวนการบำบัดและฟื้นฟูของเรือนจำจังหวัดพังงายังหวนกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำอีก และ เพื่อหาแนวทางที่จะทำให้กระบวนการบำบัดและฟื้นฟูผู้กระทำผิดไม่หวนกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำอีก เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้วิจัยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 17 คน ใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจงใช้กระบวนการตรวจสอบสามเส้าวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการตีความทำการสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาการบำบัดและฟื้นฟูผู้ต้องขังกระทำผิดด้านพฤตินิสัยเพื่อลดการกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขังเกิดจากการขาดบุคลากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านจิตวิทยาและการบำบัดพฤติกรรมอย่างเพียงพอ ทำให้กระบวนการแก้ไขฟื้นฟูไม่สามารถเข้าถึงผู้ต้องขังได้ทั่วถึงรวมถึงงบประมาณและสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่เอื้อต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมและทัศนคติของสังคมที่ยังไม่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้พ้นโทษกลับคืนสู่ชุมชนอย่างเต็มที่ทำให้ผู้ต้องขังกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำปัจจัยที่ผู้ผ่านกระบวนการบำบัดยังหวนกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำเกิดจากการขาดโอกาสด้านอาชีพและการยอมรับจากสังคมหลังพ้นโทษผู้พ้นโทษรู้สึกโดดเดี่ยวและเลือกกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำ ทั้งนี้แนวทางในกระบวนการบำบัดและฟื้นฟูผู้กระทำผิดไม่หวนกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำ คือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรบำบัดที่ครอบคลุมด้านจิตใจ พฤติกรรม การศึกษา และการฝึกอาชีพ ควบคู่กับการติดตามดูแลต่อเนื่องหลังพ้นโทษ
