The Integrated Educational Management and Working to Develop the Learner s’ Competency

Abstract

An announcement of industrial reform into the era of technology and innovation under Thailand 4.0 Policy is to push the whole country with major reform. Additionally, the said development must be done at all dimensions in order to create opportunities and reduce social inequality facing the current Thai society, whether it is about systematic administration and management, readiness preparation, and creating jobs conforming to the proportion of population, the technological and innovational research and development including the study of the impact of government policy driving and the educational management system that must then be designed to support changes in the future world. Accordingly, the educational institutions should develop courses for students to earn more knowledge than a single field being like interdisciplinary to learn experience from a variety of sources, apply knowledge in careers, know how to use local resources, wisdom, art and culture to sustain life and to develop as SMEs by using technology, innovation, and the Startup Concepts to drive sustainable development and reduce labor crises in the future.
