Process for Enhancing Effective Educational Quality Assurance Within The Curriculum Level

Abstract

This research paper is part of the research titled Guidelines for enhancing the work of quality assurance in education within effective curriculum levels The objective of this study was the condition of problems in the working process of effective curriculum-level educational quality assurance work. and to propose guidelines for working together in educational quality assurance for support and academic staff The research methodology is It is a qualitative research. Data collection through in-depth interviews and group discussions from a total population of 9 programs of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University and analyze the data by grouping the data and rational interpretations. The results showed that Problems arising from the educational quality assurance process at the curriculum level It was found that each course had difficulty in filing documentary evidence in writing performance reports. Because there are no support personnel to be directly responsible for insurance work of the course. Lack of document retrieval system required for writing reports for each indicator and how to write a separate performance list for each component makes the performance report lack of continuity in the work process. An approach to enhancing the educational quality assurance workflow is to provide a calendar of activities for curriculum-level educational quality assurance operations. Creating a curriculum-level performance report writing format and the creation of a Cross Check system from experts in educational quality assurance.
