Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) To study the problems of using information technology in budget management of school. 2) Compare the opinions of administrators and teachers acting as budget supervisors on the problems of using information technology in budget administration. classified by position ,work experience and  school  size. 3) Study guidelines for using information technology in budget management. of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were  percentage,  mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA analysis of variance. The example used is Total 154 people.

The Research findings were as follows:

  1. Problems in using information technology in budget management of school under the Secondary Educational Service  Area  Office 33. All 7 sides. The school administrators and teachers acting as budget supervisors had opinions on the problems of using information technology in budget. Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each side, it was at a moderate level.
  2. Compare the opinions of administrators and teachers acting as budget supervisors on the problems of using information technology in budget administration. classified by position overall is not different When considering each side found that there are statistically significant differences at the .05 level. Classified by work experience overall is not different When considering each side found that there are statistically significant differences at the .05 level. And  classified by school  size showed no difference.
  3. Guidelines for using information technology in budget management.. Officers need to have a lot of knowledge and ability to work for operate efficiently. Should be set up A committee to monitor the reporting of activities organized through the office website. Evaluate the annual action plan. Appoint a committee to control and inspect all kinds of money expenditures and have a registration to control all types of assets to be complete and accurate.
