Abstract

The purpose of this article is to report the findings of a literature review study. Various elements that influence the management and effectiveness of human resources. The aims of this study were accomplished via the use of qualitative research. Specifically, the process of developing a conceptual model of the elements that influence human resource management in this manner. An analysis of qualitative data was used by us. In order for research to be successful in relation to the accomplishment of this goal The majority of the administration of human resources need to be done with an emphasis on efficiency. The purpose of this study is to investigate contemporary methods to talent management, as well as theoretical literature on human resource management, legislation, transformational leadership, technology, and other related subjects. about the administration of human resources. In addition, this study provides an analysis of the theoretical literature of human resource management. The findings of this research provide unequivocal evidence that there is a connection between the management of human resources and the productivity of employees in the workplace. For the purpose of determining whether or not human resource management acts as a connecting mechanism, this study was carried out. It is possible that it will demonstrate a connection between performance, leadership, technology, and the law.And this is one of the primary reasons why it is essential to have effective management of human resources. Human resource management is of essential significance for a number of reasons, one of which is the importance stated above.
