CAUSAL FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE DECIDED TO MAKE MERIT, FIX THE YEAR, BREW CHINESE TEMPLES, SECTS OF THE GROUP GENERATION Y

Since the ancient Chinese astrology system, there is a belief in the annual zodiac using 12 animal symbols called the "zodiac year". Everyone will have an animal for their year of birth. It was some unseen power that slammed into fate, resulting in deterioration of the fate criteria in every aspect. Chinese people believe that those who face the matter There will be bad things coming into your life. and must perform rituals to correct the year of fertility. Satisfaction of the Generation Y group and the decision to make merit to solve the brewing year of the Generation Y group 2) Study the causal factors influencing the decision to make merit and fix bad year of Generation Y 3) Propose a guideline to encourage Generation Y to make merit making decision to fix bad year using a mixed research approach Quantitative research. The sample group was Buddhists who come to make merit in the Chinese temple with activities to solve the brewing year 4 temples in Bangkok and its vicinity: Wat Mangkon Kamalawat Wat Boromracha Kanchana Phisek Anusorn Wat Pho Man Khunaram and Thipayawaree Viharn Temple, totaling 300 cases. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. and structural equation modeling qualitative research The key informant was a senior monk of the Chinese Sangha Sect. Representative of the National Office of Buddhism and representatives of Buddhists, totaling 20 cases, selected by specific method and analyze the data with content analysis
The results showed that
1. Level of push factor, pull factor, image of the temple Satisfaction of the Generation Y group and the decision to make merit to solve the brewing year of the Generation Y group at a high level.
2. Decision to make merit to fix the year of the Generation Y group It was directly influenced by the image of the temple the most, followed by the satisfaction of the Generation Y group, the push factor, and the pull factor, respectively.
3. Guidelines for promoting The Generation Y group decided to make merit in order to correct Pi Chong, meaning that it should promote the image of the Chinese temple sect. By creating knowledge, understanding, remembering, beliefs, thoughts, and awareness of the various qualities of the Chinese temple sect that the Generation Y group can remember and remember when talking about that Chinese temple sect. Build the temple's personnel, both ordained and layman, to be in good conduct. Train the temple's personnel to have knowledge and attitudes. good in service in order to satisfy the service satisfaction of all groups of Buddhists Take care of the maintenance of the building, place, atmosphere, construction, architecture in a condition suitable for use. and as well as taking care of the landscape of the Chinese temple to maintain its identity suitable for supporting Buddhists along with activities within the temple making merit to solve the year as well as other related activities the results of this research Chinese temple sects can be used as information for developing plans. image of the temple both physical creation of activities to propagate Buddhist knowledge and related cultural traditions planning to promote the quality of the temple's personnel, both for the monks and the layman It is also useful information for those who study consumer behavior in terms of the beliefs of Generation Y group
