Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the negotiation of educational institution administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office and 2) to compare the negotiations of educational institution administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified according to personal factors. The sample group used in the research included educational institution administrators. and teachers under the jurisdiction of the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, academic year 2023, numbering 300 people. Statistics used for data analysis include percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test used for one-way analysis of variance (One -way ANOVA)

            Research results found that.

            Mean level and standard deviation of school administrators' negotiation. Is at the highest level (mean = 4.26), mean and standard deviation of executives' negotiations Preparation side (Preparation) is at the highest level (mean = 4.25), the mean and standard deviation of the negotiation of school administrators. Information Exchange was at the highest level (mean = 4.26), the mean and standard deviation of negotiations among school administrators. The aspect of submitting proposals (Agreement Proposals) was at the highest level (mean = 4.27), mean and standard deviation. Negotiation of school administrators regarding the conclusion of negotiations (Resolution) was at the highest level (mean = 4.25).

            Comparative results of negotiations among school administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office Classified by personal factors, it was found that respondents of different ages had opinions about the negotiation of school administrators. Under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, the differences in preparation were statistically significant at the .01 level. For other aspects, there is no difference.
