Abstract

The purposes of this research were: (1) to development of results based management model to educational management quality at bankuansra school,(2)to check a development of results based management model to educational management quality at bankuansra school under Suratthani primary educational service area office 3. This research was qualitative. The sample was used in the research. School administrators, teachers, committees: basic education institutions, parents and community organizations at Bankuansra school under Suratthani primary educational service area office 3. The instruments used in the study were in–depth interview and Focus group discussion. Based on data analysis. Researchers are of the opinion that Bankuansra Management style should be used to focus on the results based management model to use in schools.
