Abstract

This qualitative research. This purposes of this research were to1) to Development Model Administration Of Buddhist Oriented KindergartenSchool Under Nakhon Si Thammarad primary educational service area office 3,2) to check a develop of Administration Of Buddhist Oriented KindergartenSchool Under Nakhon Si Thammarad primary educational service area office 3. The develop model form documentary research and in–depth interview sample consisted of 12 philosopher, administrators, Teachers responsible for the project and Faculty. The check model by 8 Professional. To evaluate suitability, possibility and usefulness of the model.


          The finding were as follows :1. The participation model Administration Of Buddhist Oriented Kindergarten School UnderNakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educationnal Service Area Office 3 development composed of 6 element. 1) Administration Policy of the Ministry of Education. 2) Strategic Planning of Schools. 3) Analyze primary school curriculum and develop learning content. The unit.4) Organize Buddhist school activities through integrated learning process.5) Promotion, Development, Personnel, Budgeting and Resources Participatory engagement (blessings). 6) Supervision of research / evaluation and development of school activities.2. The test result participation model model Administration Of Buddhist Oriented Kindergarten School Under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educationnal Service Area Office 3development was appropriate, possible and useful
