Abstract

              The Component of Buddhist Leadership in Accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of School administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The objective this research were as following 1) to study Buddhist leadership in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, And 2) to analyze the component of Buddhist leadership in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. And this research is Mixed Methodology Research and study is Factor Analysis of Confirm Factor Analysis (CFA) for consistent objective.


               The findings of the study indicate that: the content validity, to find the validity of IOC passed on examination of 5 specialists. Ranging from 0.80 – 1.00, the discrimination index of items were between 0.24 – 0.83 and the reliability of accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta the reliability of the overall aspect 0.86 and results of the study were as follows: 1) to Buddhist Leadership in Accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of School administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at the high level. And 2) to analyze the component of Buddhist Leadership in accordance with Tuthiyapaphanikha Sutta of School Administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at the high level.
